What we collect, and what we don't.

This site is operated by Sevate Core LLP ("SevateCore," "we," "us"), registered at:

What we collect

The only information we collect through this site is what you choose to give us directly:

• Contact form. If you use the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. It's sent by email (via our provider, Resend) to our own inbox so we can reply, and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
• Emailing us directly. If you email one of our published addresses (e.g. support@sevatecore.com), the same applies — we use it only to respond to you.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs basic technical data for every visit — things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested — the way virtually every website on the internet does, for security and reliability. We don't layer any analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on top of this.

We don't currently use cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking on this site.

How we use it

Solely to respond to your message and, where relevant, to keep a record of the correspondence. We don't use it for marketing emails you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the site and our published email addresses work: Resend (delivers contact-form emails, and relays replies sent from our published addresses), Forward Email (forwards mail sent to any address at sevatecore.com into our own inbox), and Vercel (hosts the site). We don't share your information with anyone else.

Our apps

This policy covers sevatecore.com only. Each SevateCore app publishes its own privacy policy, specific to what that app collects, linked from its store listing and in-app settings once it ships.

Your rights & requests

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email legal@sevatecore.com and we'll handle it directly — no ticket system, no runaround.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and move the effective date below.
